All in all - had a great 4 night stay. The staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and amicable. The double room was bright, with kitchen.

The staff was amicable and helpful, some of the best in Bern. Stunning and incredible location, it was near the main station. There were a shopping area and a main market around the hotel. Good restaurant provided Indian dishes.

I always return to my favorite place in Bern. The staff helped me from the beginning, even with currency advice. It has everything I need with Wi-Fi, a TV, and more. It's perfect for a romantic getaway. No regrets.

The a double room was stylish, very well taken care of. It was based in nice building in a marvellous location, on a pedestrian street.

Every staff member was outstandingly accommodating and fairly friendly. The rooms were fashionable and bright with kitchen as well as a couch, nothing to complain about.

The property was conveniently located, just a short walk from the city center and with free WiFi throughout. The nearest airports were also easily accessible.

Noise from the street, especially in the early morning, so bring a fan for a peaceful sleep. Lack of an inner bolt on the main door was slightly discomforting, but not a major issue.
